SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We are currently able to accept online orders for shipping addresses within Indonesia. We are preparing to ship internationally and adding more shipping providers as you prefer. For each address within Indonesia, standard ground shipping will be free. We offer specialized services to secure and ensure the delivery of your item.

Standard delivery times are estimated at 7 to 20 working days, depending on the destination and the courier used. Delivery times may undergo delays due to holidays, unavailable items at the time of the order, and weather conditions.

We will accept the item you wish to return within 14 days of the delivery date in its original packaging.
Before returning and obtaining your item, please review the following conditions:

• It is not possible to return or exchange bespoke creations, whether engraved, modified, or personalized.

• The item must be accompanied by the original receipt and packaging. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll issue an online store credit based on the current selling price.

• We will not accept items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged.

• The returned or exchanged item must belong to a current collection; we cannot exchange discontinued pieces.

• Please note that all returned items are subject to a quality check.
